My images are shot using Nikon cameras, in both film and digital mediums.  If film is used, then the transparency is scanned using a high-quality Nikon film scanner to create a digital file.  This file is then refined on the computer to fine-tune exposure, contrast, shadows and highlights to create prints that are rich in colour and texture.  Although I may re-work the images, it is important to me that they stay true to the essence of the original subject or scene;  the essential quality that made it jump out for me in the first place.

The print media is chosen based on the image; the size and type of paper or canvas being carefully matched to enhance the subject, as is any framing or mounting that may be used.  The final print is produced on high-quality giclée printers using archival inks and print media which ensure longevity of the image.
